At Coco de Mer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury pieces are not a perfect fit, you may return them within 28 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals remain attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our boutique.
